Go S.T.A.G.!

Yeah, that is hubby's Airsoft Team and this is hubby’s first official uniform.

He’s just so excited to wear this now and he even wants me to capture and post it here. So, me being a loving and supportive wife I’m posting it here pronto! Lol!

He’s away for a whole today because of some Airsoft Tournament at Clarkfield, Pampanga and as of this hour they had won 3 out of 4 games. Great! I just hope this team they would be the champion. Go go go hubby! Oh db supportive me? lol! :)

Now its time for me to browse for some online university for my friend Nikky.

Computer Games

Are you into online adventure games? Or video games that includes visual novel in its settings? Well, visit http://www.tycoongames.eu now and get a load of their new downloadable games. Yeah, they have it all here and you can even purchase the games you love after downloading its free trial.

I got the info from my brother Noel, who is into computer games. I specifically love the dating sims games because it somehow depicts life in the game. Like the Summer Session that I downloaded yesterday. Summer Session is one of the so called "dating games". It plays like an adventure but your goal is to find a girl to date before the Summer Session ends. Lift weights and buy new clothes to impress the ladies, but don't forget your schoolwork! Your cute classmate, your sexy professor, your secret admirer, all you have to do is win their hearts and you’ll be the winner. In this game, you must balance your schedule to raise your stats and pass your exams. Meet unique characters, make friends, and find romance, then play again to unlock all the endings. In short, this game is really cool especially to individuals who love playing a sort of a reality video game.

I’ve downloaded it yesterday and if ever I find it very amusing I think I might ask my brother to download it for me. You know, as a gift for this Valentines Day. Lol! Anyways, we’ll try to see if that will work and if ever, I’ll try to update you more about it. Though, I would only recommend this game to mature teens and adults because of its inappropriate theme.

Photo Moments to Cherish

I just want to share with you some photo moments I had with Aj last time.

While staring at these photos, I somewhat realized that time is running too fast and anytime soon Aj will be a big boy- which means less kisses, less hugs, less chatting. I maybe over acting a bit but its the reality of life that I’ll soon face with my li’l boy. Hayy…

Well, I saw that with my brothers. When we were young, they don’t want to be left alone, they don’t even want my mom to go far from their sight. But when they got older – like in high school – it changed! No more kisses, no more hugs, just them – “The Independent Lad”.

Well, a boy should be a man as they grow old. They need that to survive in this world. But somehow, thinking of it this soon makes me go crazy! Lol! Well, time will come and I'll be more ready! { I'll be much ready in 30 more years I bet! lol! Moms! :) }

Now, all I need to do is search for an online degree.

The Need to Generate More Income

With the problems on economic crisis rising, it is just wise for all of us to bend our way for more income bearing ventures. One of which that I felt that I must focused on is my blogging. Thanks to blogging, I can still able to buy some stuff that I need and want even under the mercy of a crisis, though I know it’s not proper at least it is still possible. I’m currently browsing the web right now for more opportunities to maximize my blogging and my websites. Apparently, I came across this Plug-In-Profit Site where you can earn more money online. The program was said to be the easiest and fastest way to start generating multiple streams income that we’ll ever find. This site was made to come true with the brilliant mine of Stone Evans.

Stone Evans the Plug-In Profit Site founder has been on the Internet marketing scene since 1999 and been developing the Plug-In Profit Site program since that time. With his many studies and evaluation, the program has been proven effective by many.

Well, that I have to see first before I recommend to everybody. I’m still reading
the whole document now and I’m still studying its effects on my site. Hopefully, this could be a good chance of generating more income in this time of crisis. To know more about how to find the best internet home business opportunities, Stone Evans the Plug-In Profit Site founder can help in giving enlightenment over the matter. Know more about Stone Evans' background here.

The Future of Mental Health

I love reading books and so as my cousin Kaye. She’s currently taking up Nursing at Bataan Institute and will graduate really soon this year. Hopefully she’ll graduate with high honors.

Speaking of books, I went to their house last Monday and was fortunate enough to see her there. She’s usually out when I drop by their house but it was their free day, so I got a chance to catch up with her. I also ask her if she have some interesting reads that I can borrow. She handed me a book authored by Dr Daniel Amen. I haven’t seen neither heard this book before, so I ask her why she considers this an interesting read. Well, she just said that the book was controversial, especially in the field of medicine. She told me that the articles in that book can really help a person improve his health by prioritizing his brain or something. Discover how you could improve your health and life as a whole by finding the best treatment for symptoms through the articles of Dr Daniel Amen. Check out Dr. Amen's profile here.

Anyways, I might have to take a look at it a little deeper. I just hope I won’t sleep on this one. Wish me luck! Lol! :)

Where Am I Heading To?

When I was just a little girl, I dreamed to be a doctor. When I grew up a bit, I changed my mine because of my fear of blood but somehow I still hope to be one even I have a blood phobia. But when I go to college, I was definitely sure that I won’t and can’t be a doctor. First because my mom got sick- meaning we are low in our finances and second because I know in my heart that I can’t be successful in the said field. So I took up Accountancy.

At first, I was very enthusiastic. I got high grades and end up being a scholar in our school. But as time passed by I suddenly realized that I don’t like Accountancy. Not that I really hate it, it’s just that the whole thing is not me. Well, I’m not really sure till now. It’s more like that I should have taken Business Administration and be a businesswoman than Accountant. Though, I can be a businesswoman even though I’m an accounting graduate, right? Well, I just thought that if I’ve taken the real field that I love I would be very successful with it and be renowned like Jamie Sigler.

Huh! I just hope I could really find my calling very soon and go to that path. So that I can proudly say that I’m fulfilled with my career. Or maybe- being a pretty housewife is my path? Don’t you think?

May he be the LAST

I didn’t work or blog yesterday because I wasn’t feeling well. I got a fever and somehow it got worst when my dad called me telling me that my Uncle Fred who was diagnosed with the big C last November 2008 had died! Yes, this is the second one this year (I hate January!). Urgh!

Uncle Fred is my dad’s elder brother. He is the eldest amongst the 10 siblings and the only one who hasn’t had any wife and children. He was single man and was an alcoholic dude. He literally gargle alcoholic drinks everyday even though he hasn’t eaten anything yet. I think he was a kinda rebellious because he felt neglected and useless by his family. That’s why last November 2008 he got a problem on his bowel movement and when the doctor checks on him, they saw numerous cysts in his various organs. He has one on his liver, colon and in his lung area. He was then given 3 months to live and yesterday was his last day. Sad to say, he has to die in a painful manner. I never had a glimpse since the day he had cancer. I would rather store a non-cancerous image of him in my mind than remembering how he looks when he got the disease. But as everybody has been saying, its better that he was finally laid to rest in a place where there’s no cancer and no more pain. No more dreaded disease, no more pain. Just plain happiness and serenity.

May you rest in peace Uncle Fred.

Please Lord please stop the hurting now.. may he be the last one Father… or I can’t take it anymore... :(

Pain Pain Go Away!

Thank God for my eyes and hands – or else I wouldn’t be able to communicate this very instant! Why? Because of this dry, painful throat that’s been bugging me since this morning! Urgh! :( I woke this morning with a severe dryness on my throat and difficulty swallowing which made my condition even worst. My conclusion – SORE THROAT!

I went to work with a painful throat and went away from the phone early after getting the idea that the one on the line cannot understand a word I say. Gosh, it’s been more than a year ( I think) since I got my last attack on this virus. Well, I’ve been coughing (courtesy of hubby) for two days and just last night my coughing subsided but a tingling itch in my throat suddenly began.

Anyways, I’m currently browsing the web for some home cure remedies that would
relieve my pain and fortunately I’ve found some easy to do cure that I can try later at home.

Here are some of them that I might try ( which I think my mom had told me before )

PLAN A:
Water/salt. Mix a teaspoon of salt in eight ounces of quite warm water. Gargle the whole mixture several times a day. This will increase the blood supply to the area by washing away mucus and dilating capillaries, thereby enabling better circulation of infection-fighting antibodies.

PLAN B:
Ginger. Peel the skin from a small ginger root. Slice the root into thin coins and place the pieces into a small pot of water. Boil the pieces to make tea. The tea should turn a yellowish (straw) or tan color. Add three tablespoons of your favorite honey to sweeten the tea. Sip the hot tea slowly. The tea gives a sharp tingle to the throat after swallowing it. After you sip it, gently clear your throat. This tea also works for trying to get your voice back after a cold.

PLAN C:
Honey/apple cider vinegar. Mix ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar and ¼ cup of honey. Take one tablespoon every four hours or as needed for pain relief.

PLAN D:
To the doctor of course
! It’s time to take some medication then, right?

Oh well! Goodluck to me!

Happy Sky Watching! :)

Commercial Break: Toys for SALE! :)

Hi guys! Just buzzing for a little commercial here. :)

In case you’re looking for an educational toy for your child who is 6 months upward, you might want to check out some toys I’m selling at my other blog. They are from Leap Frog and they are definitely in excellent condition. I’m selling them at a very cheap price, so you might want to check them out here.

I thought of selling them so that I can make way for more toys for Aj. Do check them out! Thanks a lot! ;)

My Sportaholic Hubby

Oh gosh, my hubby is doing it again! Huh! What is it you may ask?

Well, he’s having a new hobby again and you know what it is? BIKING! Yeah, he’s been biking for the past few weekends now with his friend Elery, who also persuaded him to play the game of “Airsoft” last year.

Look at him:

I’m not saying that he’s saying goodbye to airsoft though, I think he’s just more into biking nowadays because he enjoys the nature thingy within it. Anyways, I sure hope that he won’t ask me to say yes for a new mountain bike this time! Duh! Ang gastos nya ha! :P

Rejuvenation for You?

Plastic surgery nowadays has been rampant and has been freely accepted by many individuals. Well, as the world becomes exposed and think maturely on the matter, many people will definitely engaged in this kind of industry. Though, many religious groups still opposed the roots of plastic surgery as against the law of God, others just don’t really care. Well, as for me, I think I’m mature enough to decide my own direction but If given a chance I won’t engaged or undergo plastic surgery because of the fact that I’m pretty satisfied of what I look like and somehow I‘m really scared of needles. Lol!

Now that this has been bought up, I suddenly remembered my mom’s boss who recently had her facial rejuvenation. Yeah, she had her surgery last January 1 at the surgery was done at her very home. Well, I think the surgeon was their friend who came from Advanced Aesthetics Associates in Phoenix, who came home last Christmas to visit them. And luckily, they were able to convince him to undergo the surgery in the comfort of their home. Good thing, the surgeon has a clinic here in the country and he was able to do the surgery with his remaining tools here.

Anyways, my mom’s boss looks great now with her rejuvenation thingy and I think she’s kinda planning of having a nose lift. Lol! She said that she’ll call the surgeon again later to schedule a consultation regarding that. Whoa! She sure has lots of money to spend huh?! Lol!

Are you ready V - Day?

In a few days, the month of January will soon end. Thank God (I think), at least I’ll have less memory of what has transpired this month.

Now, I’m looking forward for February! A new month and a new me I bet. I hope everything will be great for me this month of hearts ('till the months to come) . Speaking of hearts, I think it’s pretty obvious that I’m really excited for Valentines Day huh? So, advanced Happy Valentines! lol! :) I’m not really expecting anything special to happen or I’m not even planning to buy a LV bag as my best V-gift either. Nothing really, I just felt that February is a new beginning for me and that’s it! :)

So, how about you guys? Are you ready Valentines Day! :)

Reality TV Issues

My friend Jenny has been watching Bravo’s millionaire matchmaker since she arrived in the states. She really love the show because she’s really into reality tv and sorts. But one character that really caught her attention was Dave Levine aka SexToy Dave, who is by the way coming back this season 2. Yeah, the controversial Dave, who recently loves writing essay on his website www.SexToyDave.com, and has been commenting on issues about reality tv.

Yeah, Jenny even likes to read his essays, especially the one that says reality tv is not a fake. Well, I did read that one too (the moment she told me about it) and somehow I kinda agree with him at one point. I specifically agree on the part where he said that “Most of the fakeness on reality TV is because people themselves are not honest in general. On TV, fake personalities are often exposed through interviews and confrontations forcing them to get real. So again, the fake person ends up being more real on TV than in real life.” That’s very true, individuals who usually joins a reality tv contest don’t are a little closed about who they really are the ones being confronted and in the end are the declared losers. I also agree on this part "But I argue the opposite is true, reality TV is more real than real life because on TV, you are forced to open up to difficult questions about your feelings and make decisions based on those feelings. Hiding your true intentions may be what usually happens in real life, but expressing yourself openly as people do on TV is what real reality is all about."

Anyways, I think I’ll be eyeing of Dave Levine aka Sex Toy Dave after this and see what else he have to say in the future.

Bring back the Fire :)

My SIL Arlyn has been married for 3 years now and she has successfully given birth to a bouncing baby boy last year. Now after getting big and baggy, she decided to loose weight months after her delivery. And today she has successfully reduced her weight to the maximum level. Whoa! (Congrats sis!)

Now, she thought of buying a new set of sexy lingerie for her to use to lure her husband once again. Lol! God I want be surprised if she gets pregnant again this year, lol!

Anyways, her thought to bring the heat back with her hubby is just normal and
exciting right? I see nothing wrong with that. And for me that’s a good call on her side because in some ways, her hubby would want her even more because she brings more excitement to their relationship, In short, being experimental and sexy can really ease the boredom away. Am I right or what? :) That’s why I might be buying some of those sexy lingerie’s she has been bugging me about. I just hope they’ll look good on me. Lol!

So for those who want something new or some spark again in your boring relationship, try wearing sexy lingerie for your enjoyment. :)

Time to Call

Darn! Hubby asked me to get rid some of my credit cards! :O

I actually have four as of now and it’s making my hubby worry that we might end up bankrupt with these cards. Lol! Well, it all depends on the bearer/user right? Yes, I do have 4 but I don’t use all of them for my purchases. I only used 1 card for our monthly purchases and the rest are for emergency purposes only and that’s it! Promise! :P

I explained my sentiments to hubby but still the answer was “No”. Urgh!

Oh well, I have no choice but to call the card’s toll free numbers now and call it quits. :)

Sunday Schedule

Tomorrow is family day again for us.

We’ll be off early tomorrow because hubby and I decided to treat Aj to the mall. Well, Aj has been asking us almost everyday to go to SM so as part of our family day, we opt to spend our whole Sunday there.

We’ll have some shopping and some munching there and I thought of going to Toy Kingdom to see the huge remote car I saw for Aj. I just hope hubby will say yes to it. Hmm.. We’ll see. :)

Now, all I have to prepare is my HealWell Plantar Fasciitis to relieve my foot pains afterwards. Lol! :) Urgh! I just wish that malls have automatic walk –avator, so that when people get tired of roaming around, they would just stand there and roam with a foot moving.lol! :)

Change is Constant

As some of you know, my relatives surprised my mom with a mini reunion last Christmas.

My grandma who had a stroke was also with them to visit my mom. She arrived in a wheel chair because her body was semi-paralyzed due to stroke. I felt so uneasy when I saw her in the wheel chair, I also felt sad the moment I saw her because I wasn’t use to seeing her weak and dependent, especially the time when my Aunt ask her to change her diaper. Yeah, due to her condition and age she needs to wear disposable diapers.

My grandma used to be bread winner of their family because she was a strong willed woman way back her time. But of course everything changes in this world and this is one of the truth of life.

Confused

My friend that is with her diet pills. But I might say that I’m still a bit disorientated with reality though.

Jenny has been dieting since I don’t remember when and she had tried a lot of diet pills to keep her weight in a minimum. Yeah, somehow due to her bones structure she really looks chubby every now and then. That’s why she keeps on trying on different kinds of pill to make her body petite. Unfortunately, nothing seems to slim her down to the body she desires.

Oh well, I think she lacks the virtue of satisfaction. ( just like me)

10 Guidelines from God

My friend Faye sent me this email this morning and I was really touched by it. Somehow, this email somehow eases some sadness in my heart. Thanks sis!

Now, I want to share to to all of you. Here it is:

Effective Immediately, please be aware that there are changes YOU need to make in YOUR life. These changes need to be completed in order that I may fulfill My promises to you to grant you peace, joy and happiness in this life. I apologize for any inconvenience, but after all that I am doing, this seems very little to ask of you. Please, follow these 10 guidelines :

1. QUIT WORRYING:
Life has dealt you a blow and all you do is sit and worry. Have you forgotten that I am here to take all your burdens and carry them for you? Or do you just enjoy fretting over every little thing that comes your way?

2. PUT IT ON THE LIST:
Something needs done or taken care of. Put it on the list. No, not YOUR list.. Put it on MY to-do-list. Let ME be the one to take care of the problem. I can't help you until you turn it over to Me. And although My to-do-list is long, I am after all... God. I can take care of anything you put into My hands. In fact, if the truth were ever really known, I take care of a lot of things for you that you never even realize.

3. TRUST ME:
Once you've given your burdens to Me, quit trying to take them back. Trust in Me. Have the faith that I will take care of all your needs, your problems and your trials.
Problems with the kids? Put them on My list.
Problem with finances? Put it on My list.
Problems with your emotional roller coaster?
For My sake, put it on My list. I want to help you. All you have to do is ask.

4. LEAVE IT ALONE:
Don't wake up one morning and say, "Well, I'm feeling much stronger now, I think I can handle it from here." Why do you think you are feeling stronger now? It's simple. You gave Me your burdens and I'm taking care of them. I also renew your strength and cover you in my peace. Don't you know that if I give you these problems back, you will be right back where you started? Leave them with Me and forget about them. Just let Me do my job.

5. TALK TO ME:
I want you to forget a lot of things. Forget what was making you crazy. Forget the worry and the fretting because you know I'm in control. But there's one thing I pray you never forget. Please, don't forget to talk to Me - OFTEN! I love YOU! I want to hear your voice. I want you to include Me in on the things going on in your life. I want to hear you talk about your friends and family. Prayer is simply you having a conversation with Me. I want to be your dearest friend.

6. HAVE FAITH:
I see a lot of things from up here that you can't see from where you are. Have faith in Me that I know what I'm doing. Trust Me; you wouldn't want the view from My eyes. I will continue to care for you, watch over you, and meet your needs. You only have to trust Me. Although I have a much bigger task than you, it seems as if you have so much trouble just doing your simple part. How hard can trust be?

7. SHARE:
You were taught to share when you were only two years old. When did you forget? That rule still applies. Share with those who are less fortunate than you. Share your joy with those who need encouragement. Share your laughter with those who haven't heard any in such a long time. Share your tears with those who have forgotten how to cry. Share your faith with those who have none.

8. BE PATIENT:
I managed to fix it so in just one lifetime you could have so many diverse experiences. You grow from a child to an adult, have children, change jobs many times, learn many trades, travel to so many places, meet thousands of people, and experience so much. How can you be so impatient then when it takes Me a little longer than you expect to handle something on My to-do-list? Trust in My timing, for My timing is perfect. Just because I created the entire universe in only six days, everyone thinks I should always rush, rush, rush.

9. BE KIND:
Be kind to others, for I love them just as much as I love you. They may not dress like you, or talk like you, or live the same way you do, but I still love you all. Please try to get along, for My sake. I created each of you different in some way. It would be too boring if you were all identical. Please, know I love each of your differences.

10. LOVE YOURSELF:
As much as I love you, how can you not love yourself? You were created by me for one reason only -- to be loved, and to love in return. I am a God of Love. Love Me. Love your neighbors. But also love yourself. It makes My heart ache when I see you so angry with yourself when things go wrong. You are very precious to me. Don't ever forget......

Touch someone with your love.
Rather than focus upon the thorns of life,
smell the roses and count your blessings!

WORDLESS: { Memories of the Past }

remembering the happy memories... those where the days...with Red..

It's Finished

It’s finished. My friend was finally laid to rest last Sunday.

At that time all I want was to burst my emotions and I did. I wept until I had no tears to ooze and until my eyes hurt and got baggy. I wanted to cry because I wanted him to see that I care for him more then he knows – an emotion that I haven’t really showed when he was still alive. {*regretting*}. I cried from the time they pulled him out of his place till the time they closed his coffin at the cemetery. The feeling was unbearable. I accompanied his wife and made myself strong, knowing she feels worst than I am and that she could break at anytime and she did. :(

Red and I have known each other since 2001, by 2003 he was transferred to my department. He was my assistant on every task that I do. Everyday we have different transactions to share (work and nonwork-related) and more often than work is those days of just being a friend and an argue mate which I really miss. From the time we met, we see and talk to each other everyday for almost 8 hours a day, 6 days a week and we did that for almost 8 years! So imagine how I felt when our supervisor on duty called me at 3:30 in the morning on that dreadful day of January 7, 2009, the day where his life was cut short! :(

Since that day I never had a serene sleep because all I see was his image (each time I close my eyes). I never felt this kind of pain before, maybe because his death was unexpected and unbearable. He could have survived if he was careful and responsible enough. Urgh! :(

Or maybe what pains me more is that my hope of having a joyous and fruitful start this year had suddenly perished because of death! :,(

Hush! Enough of this! I need to move on and just think of that fact that he’s now in peace. No worries, no pain, no stresses or whatever, just peace. And all I have to think now are those unforgettable happy, wacky memories that we had when he was still with us.

Or maybe for a while.. I might convince myself that he just resigned and left for abroad and that he may never come back home… maybe… in time.

The need to move on

Tell me, how can one start again after a death of a love one?

I feel horrible but I also feel tired. I look like I’ve been munching a bunch of weight loss pill when I saw myself in my mirror this morning. I really feel bad that something like this have to happen to all of us.

I know it’s not the end of the world but you can’t blame me for having this pain. I hate DEATH, I really hate it and any forms relating to it.

I know our blood isn’t the same as that of my relatives but he was more than a friend – he was a BROTHER to me… painful as it seems I know I need to go on. But it may take a while before that happens.

I can't believe he's GONE...

Yesterday, January 7, 2009, was one of the worst days of my life.

A dear friend of mine had bid goodbye forever and today was even worse because of the realization that I have to accept that the days with him are finally over. God! The fact of his death hasn’t really sunk into my system and each time I remember his death, tears can’t help but fall from my eyes.

In reality, the cause of death was nonsense for me. Somehow, my thoughts say that its better that he could have died with an illness or better that he could have perished of something nobler than negligence. Yes, his death was cause by his own negligence, a situation that he could have pass if he was careful and aware enough of his consciousness.

Hay, I really can’t relay the whole story now and I can’t say his name yet because a friend of mine who is also a blogger doesn’t know he’s gone, Till then I have to keep it all to me.

Treasured Hamilton Watch

Remember the Hamilton watch that I posted here for my dad? Well, we was able to choose from those gorgeous Hamilton watches we saw online and was able to buy one and gave it to my dad last Christmas.

He was so ecstatic when he saw the watch. He couldn’t believe that we bought him a new watch and it was one of the watches he wanted most. Good thing, my SIL was kind enough to give us a hand in purchasing the item. Thanks sis!

Here it is:

My dad said that this will be his most treasured watch ever because it came from us - his precious children. Aww! Isn't he the sweetest dad ever? :)
