Domo Back Pack Giveaways

My niece’s birthday is coming up next month and because of that my sister in law was asking me some cute birthday party ideas for girls. I suggested to her that the birthday’s theme must be more girly and should consist of characters that my niece loves. Apparently, my niece Lyka loves Domo.

Do you know Domo? Domo is said to be the official mascot of Japan’s NHK television station appearing in several seconds. It somehow became the station identification during shows. Well, I myself don’t know that character though I recently saw some cute items of it on the market lately. I saw some bags, purses, pillows and shirts that I consider cute. And because I find them cute I bought a coin purse yesterday. Lol! Anyway, back to my niece’s birthday. 

Now that I have learned that my niece loves Domo we decided to make Domo the theme of her birthday. So I tried browsing Spencersonline.com to find great birthday items that we can use. Fortunately, I saw another batch of awesome items with Domo in it. I tried showing them to my sister in law and told them their availability and prices. They love them also and we thought of buying some as birthday giveaways to children who will attend the birthday. I suggested that the Domo back packs are great items for giveaways to children. Not only that they will look cute wearing it they can also use it during schools, right? Well, we are currently at the verge of ordering the items and we are really hoping that they will arrive on time.

Two Birthdays In September

It was only now that I realize that it is already September. I suddenly missed my parents because of that.I think you are wondering why.  Well, because September is their birth month.

My mom will be 60 years old on September 13 and my dad will be 55 years old on September 29. With that, I begin to cram because I haven’t bought anything for them on their special day. Well, I also have another problem other than not buying it yet – I have no budget to buy them a gift. Urgh!

If I only I have the luxury of money I could give my dad a Mens Diamond Watch that he has been dreaming for a long time. Urgh! Oh well, that’s life! At least I still have my family.:)

A Birthday Break with Friends

It was Rose’s 31st birthday and she thought of treating us at a Native restaurant at our place. :)


I think it was Monday when Rose decided that we go out after work and had a slowdown after a very hectic and tiring day of office supply inventory.


Everything turned our fine and we had a real cool day.

A Very Happy Birthday

Last July 16, I celebrated my birthday with my hubby and friends.

It was just a simple bonding moment for us where we had some native foods and drinks to satisfy our hunger pangs and some chitchat moment after. And of course the never-ever forgotten picture taking of the bash for friendster and facebook purposes for my friends and blogging use for me! Lol!

We almost had the same foods like that of Nikko’s birthday ( one of my mates ) but had a different venue to give us a more fresher view. Overall, I was really happy that day because I’ve realized that I have so many wonderful people around me and even online.

Another Year Older :)

Hi everyone! Long time no blog here!lol! :)

I’ve been really busy at the office lately. I’m trying to update everything that concerns my work at the office. Blogging (sinisi pa?) really hooked me up and caused me some big time delays which is obviously was my fault!lol!

Anyways, so much for that, time for me to sneak in some photos from my simple bday celebration last Thursday. :)

Nikko's Birthday Bash

Last June 6, Saturday was my friend’s birthday.

The “party” was supposed to be that Saturday but because I wasn’t around to greet him that day because of my brother’s wedding, he decided to make the whole bash that Friday.
Our initial plan was to go to Lakeshore and have some picnic fun. But because of the bad weather my hubby suggested we go somewhere native and eat in. Good thing, a native resto was on the road and we decided to munch there.

Apag Marangle was the name of the place, it’s a kapampangan word which means “Eating in the Farm “. Sure enough, we we’re like eating in the farm field because of its kubo’s (wooden houses) and palaisdaan (fish ponds) view plus the very delicious native foods.

We ordered lots of foods that really made us full but what really made me happy was the bonding we had as officemates and friends. :)

My niece's 1^st birthday is only a few weeks away and unfortunately, I haven’t found the ideal gift for her.

Hmm.. What do you think should I give her? Well, my first thought was to give her a toy from Leap Frog but when I saw these cute baby clothes from Polkadotpatch.com, I changed my mind.

Ate some goodies and shot these pics for me to post.

We had Chicken Fingers, Chicken Cordon Bleu and as part of the birthday thingy- {anything long for long life}- we had a White and Green Fettuccine Ala Carbonara. Hmmm.. These fueled our belly a lot. Whew!

Then we drove home and had a goodnight “S” lol! {sleep po un “S”} hihiihi ;)

A Gun for hubby's birthday?

Its hubby’s birthday tomorrow (yeah, halos sabay sila ni AJ) and guess what gift he wants me to give him.

We’ve agreed before that he will only have 1 gun for his airsoft thingy. But somehow, he still can’t resist having another one. Huh! Boys and their guns! ;-(

Now, I’m still on the deciding mode on this one.

A Simple {Happy} Celebration

Oh yeah! It was my big day yesterday {July 16} and what did I do???

Well, I just bought some munchies at Yellow Cab for my officemates at had a simple dinner at home.

Actually, after 3 years of “no-treat policy” from my past birthday, lol! I decided to buy them some pizza and potato halves from Yellow Cab. {mahirap buhay ngayon kya un nlang muna} Atleast meron db? lol!

Hay, I can’t believe I’m 28 y.o.! My 18^th birthday seems like yesterday {exaggs ba?} and now 2 years nalang I’ll be 30! Gosh!

Overall, I had a fabulous day! Although the celebration was simple, all that I want to do was done and shared it with the people I love. :) And that made my day!
