How to be Acne Less?

My brother Noel has been burdened with his acne for a long time now. He has tried almost anything to everything to eliminate all his sprouts and scars. He even bought those anti-acne products on TV homeshopping, hoping that will end his problem.

But unfortunately he didn’t succeed. Oh! If only I can do something to help I already did. But being acne less has some disadvantages - I have less to no idea on how to deal with them.

How about you guys? Any recommendations for best acne treatments you know or tried?
