~ Watching TV, playing video games, or using the computer less than 30 minutes before bedtime (though stopping one hour before is even better).
~ Excessive roughhousing.
~ Eating a large meal close to bedtime (but don't send her to bed hungry either).
~ Snacking on foods that contain caffeine.

I remember myself when I was a kid :)
My little boy already knows that if we turn off the lights, the TV and the computers, it's time to sleep :).
